| When and where purchased: $HC Auction "Fish in Bags" Collaboration, In Their Hands congo Specific item: Gold fish doll diaper bag with velour doll sling and doll wipes Customer service: I believe that someone else was in charge of shipping out the collaboration, but I have to say that everything from BabyGO was packaged beautifully. Product review: I love these. The detail on the doll diaper bag is amazing, with pockets, a snap closure, and decorative elements. I am quite impressed. The sling and wipes are also so well made. Wonderful workmomship! Update: I had to make a Waldorf doll for dd to go with this wonderful collaboration, and when she opened these wonderful detailed doll items in front of her Grannie and Granddad, Granddad just couldn't get over how cool they all were! I would not have considered purchasing such luxurious items for a doll before, but now I am hooked! I will be back, and I highly recommend these items. My dd is constantly changing her baby doll's diapers and loves the sling and diaper bag & wipes. Such wonderful work! Thank you! | When and where purchased: I purchased a pouch in August directly from Rochelle. Specific item: Brown/Pink Tiddlywinks pouch style baby carrier. Made from two layers cotton woven coordinating fabrics. Customer service: Everything was great. She had excellent communication, gave easy to follow instructions for taking measurements (she needed these for the custom carrier). She let me know when she was finished with the product, and also provided tracking when it shipped. She even followed up a couple weeks later, making sure I was 100% happy with my purchase.
