The craftsmanship of these diapers is top notch. They are such a nice fit on my chubby legged daughter. They are by far one of the most absorbant diapers I own. I am truly in love with these diapers. They are so soft and squishy, yet function amazingly. The inner soaker is a great size, allows for maximum absorbsion while remaining trim! Definitely the first diapers I grab for! |

kim kept me in the loop as to where i was on her long list of customs. once i got close to the top she contacted me about the fabrics. i told her which fabrics i liked (several) and asked her to surprise me. the only thing that slowed my custom down was that she was waiting on a back-logged snap to come in. the wait was not long and she let me know what the problem was. once the snap arrived, the diapers were here (overseas) within a week! the customer service was great -- good communication, friendly to work with.

they fit anoki like a dream. the craftsmomship is excellent, she seems to only use the highest quality materials. they are super absorbant. the snap in soaker is SO soft and lovely, i wanted it for myself. the fabrics she picked out for me, errrr anoki, fit him to a T. the kukae and mimi fitteds are amongst our very favorites! |

I did a trade with Kim..2 of her fitted diapers for my services to crochet her a pair of longies for her daughter. This was mid October 2007.
Specific item:
I did not receive the diapers I traded for.
Customer service:
I told Kim I needed extra large diapers for my son and she said she would draft a pattern for them. Since she wanted longies for her daughter and had some yarn a trade seemed appropriate. I sent her my fabric choices right away. She lost my choices and I had to resend them later.
Kim sent me the yarn she wanted the longies crocheted from after a long delay then I waited another week for measurements. It was 2 weeks after Kim received the longies that she said they didn't fit her daughter, that the waist didn't stretch enough to go over her diaper. I told her I found that odd as I went by her measurements and measured the longies several times at different stages in the crocheting process and they were exactly as ordered to her measurements.
I asked several times after that how my diapers were coming (as she was drafting an extra large pattern for these diapers..I expected a short delay) and either would received no reply to my emails or very delayed replies.
On November 21st, a full month after erceiving the longies, Kim let me know that she would be working on my diapers that week and they would ship shortly. They never did.
Edited to add: I was first on her customs list as evidenced by her own hyena cart customs list page and yet it appears others have gotten their diapers and mine never were sewn despite Kim's note on teh 21st saying she would be starting my diapers very soon.
Finally in December Kim answered a PM from me here on Hyena Cart, after several emails had netted no response and said she had been thinking about our trade. Since the longies didn't fit and she was going to have to pay to have the waist redone she only wanted to make me one diaper instead of the 2 we had agreed on.
I offered to redo the waist for her in a larger size so she would not be out any money but she offered me $30 for my services to have the trade finished. I agreed since I delivered the longies to her in October and as of December 15th I had received no diapers and little communication. 3 days after sending her a pay pal request she paid me $30 for my services.

I love hemp products and this diaper totally holds all my little man can dish out! |

Product review:
This is the best fitting diaper period I have ever had on my daughter. I have a average sized 9 month old baby with no butt, and these hug her in all the right spots. We are on the middle snap, but could probably use the smallest snap for the waist if we wanted to. My DD is a light to average wetter and she can use these as a night diaper with no problems. When I first saw them, they looked small, but they do stretch in all the right spots. I do think the knit fabric one is a bit smaller overall, but I think it has more to do with it being a knot than anything. |
