When purchased: May 8, 2008 Item: Honey Bee Lip Balm, tube Customer service: The item was purchase on May the 8th, after 6 days I contacted the Erin on the 14th and she said it was mailed out earlier in the week. I recieved it today (May 19th) and the postal stamp showed it was mailed on the 15th, so the day after she told me it went out earlier in the week. She was quick to respond to my e-mail. Product review: This was suppose to be a gift for a magic yarn ball swap, which purchasing on the 8th would have been plenty of time for it to arrive before the 17th, if it was mailed in a timely fashion, the last day of the swap for items to go out. Unable to review because I will not be using it and will more than likely give it away. Due to the dishonesty of this WAHM, I will not be doing business with her again. 2008-05-19 02:25:25
