She's very patient with questions, and puts up with my rambling well. She even asked to make sure that the previous T&T diaper I had purchased fit okay! Once we worked out details, she made the diapers very quickly and shipped them out promptly. :) Product review: They diapers are beautiful, very soft and lovely colors, and they fit well. I'd say my daughter is about average body-wise. But they're extremely well made. I would probably call her an average wetter, since she's not light, but I wouldn't call her heavy either. They get used both day and night, though at night-time I always add a hemp doubler or two to her diapers. We haven't had any issues with them so far - I'm very pleased with these diapers!

I try to get something from FMBG every other week. Product review: Last month was my first month using cloth pads. I will never go back. The pads are exceptionally well made, and so comfortable you don't realize you're wearing them. I woke up a dozen times that first night (the heaviest of my cycle) and no leaks! I LOVE these pads.

Email communication is friendly and helpful. Terri is a super-sweet and talented mama with top notch customer service. Product review: Terri's sewing is just lovely. Our Asian Princess Kimono top is beautiful, designed to fit well for more than one season, and made of lovely fabrics chosen ever so carefully to compliment each other. My oldest daughter is addicted to Terri's 15 inch bamboo velour pads during those first two heavy nights of her period. She finds them the most comfortable and reliable pads she can wear in this situation, and they make a tremendous difference to her, giving her confidence that there is no chance of leakage in her sleep (and on her sheets), no matter how much she moves around. I also have some of Terri's bamboo velour pads (mine are her regular size ones), which I wear during the day. They are so reliable and so amazingly comfortable and soft you wouldn't know they were there. And I forgot to mention, these pads are absolutely beautiful; Terri's dyeing of the bamboo velour is so rich and pretty. As soon as Terri stocks more, I want them... I love the design and cut and fit of her pads - to me they are perfect.

She ships quickly, or if a custom, keeps in touch. Product review: Her pants are fabulous, they were custom ordered with specific measurements to my dd, and the fit was excellent. All sewing, serging, seams were perfect(and have always been). I love her fantastic bold prints, her eye for the exotic, the 'cool' and the awesome is always inline with what looks great on kids. I have been able to use the clothing for a couple of years, and they still look new.

When and where purchased: Purchased through Univeral Mama order numbers 296 and 299 Specific item: Custom Purples OV pants and 2t/3t cotton shirt to match Customer service: The mama was great to work with in getting the right size for my dd so they were long enough but would work for a bit longer than some have. Shipping was a bit slow but I think it was a fluke because I had not heard of this being a problem and the mama apologized profusely for such. Product review: The outfit is wondeful. Tho after about a dozen wearings there are small holes developing near a seam line in the OV which I fully believe is actually the material not the worksman ship but the mama was more than willing to have me send the pants to her for her to reinforce the seam. I have decided to do this on my own but just knowing that the mama cared enough to offer is a huge deal.
