Customer Service was excellent! Tracy was quick to return emails and was always friendly and helpful. She updated me several times throughout the order process, so I always knew what was going on. She sent me pictures of the tote and key fob for my approval before she mailed them out. They came wonderfully packaged in a decorative tissue with a lovely note card.

The fabrics that Tracy used are wonderful! They match beautifully and are just what I wanted. The size of the bag and length of the handles are just right. I love the key fob! It makes finding and grabbing my keys so much easier. This set is fabulous and exactly what I was looking for! |
