First she dealt with me not emailing her back right away about the color I wanted my berry bowl due to me losing my internet access right before a move, and was very accommodating even though I was so slow in responding. Then the package was missent to my old address at NO fault of her own, a total screwup on my part. We communicated through email and she was always so sweet. Luckily the new tenants at my old place returned my package to her, and she re-shipped it to me at her own cost even after I asked her to give me her Paypal address so I could pay for re-shipping it. Basically, I was the nightmare customer every WAHM dreads, and June dealt with it with kindness and sincerity and really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. | When and where purchased: Through email, custom order, in October 2007. Item: Two custom butter crocks Customer Service: Outstanding. I ordered two crocks, one with a glaze I chose from a review of her gallery, the other find the glaze the same way, but I asked June to also put a frog on the top. When I felt like I couldn't see enough variety in her glazes in one gallery, she directed me to another. Well, when my crocks came I loved one. The other I was suprised by the way the glaze came out, and concerned that the gift recipient (since it wasn't a gift) wouldn't like it. I mentioned it to June, who explained that the way the glazes pattern is random, so she couldn't do anything about the pattern. She said she could offer me one in stock in a similar color, or make a whole new one. She sent fabulous pictures of the one in stock, which I decided to go for. She then shipped that to me. After I received and loved it, I sent the other back. June was incredibly apologetic over a situation that was entirely not her fault, and found a quick and easy solution for me. I couldn't be happier. Product: All of June's work is amazing! I love the butter crocks, bought them because I love the one of hers I use myself! As has been mentioned before, her packaging surpasses anything you could hope for, so there's never any concern of anything being injured in transit. I contacted June to tell her I was buying from her hc and Universal Mama at the same time, to see if she could combine shipping. Due to the shape of the pieces it made no sense to combine shipping, but she still found a way to make the shipping cheaper (I don't know what she did, but I saved money!). She shipped so fast, I had the items within a week. And I don't know how she doesn't charge extra for shipping, because she takes a lot of care with her packing to see that items are not damaged.
