Some never got here- so I can't comment.
Many of the custom ones were bad upon arrival (as are most of the samples I've gotten lately as well)
I had purchased candies from Susie and then decided to do a custom order with her as well. She forgot the ship date I needed the candies by and they were late. She did offer to refund me, but overall, I got my order. Well- she left out 3 bags of seconds candies because they couldn't fit in the box- I've still not gotten them, or a response to e-mails, PM's or a refund.
All the candies I've received lately- including the custom order- went bad or came here bad already.
I will not purchase from her again- and I will check thoroughly before consuming anything with her store name on it.
3/19/08 Susie did respond to my PM's and post regarding the above issues. I am hopeful this will be worked out and will update accordingly.
3/21/08 Susie and I agreed on a refund amount and that was received today. She was very nice with these PM's and was understanding of my issues with the candies and contact. I am happy this has been resolved. Thank you Susie. |

I pmed Susie about 2 wks later I was concerned with my order time(the site said 3 days). She let me know she was busy with the GDH and it would ship the following day. The candy arrived today in the mail. She let me know my tracking # just in case. Susie sent a GC for my troubles and I am very appreciative. If things are late I like alot of communication, that is the only thing I would have liked done differently.

I ordered a few of these packs for a Mother's Day swap that I was in, and some for my kids. Orders were placed April 22nd and either April 28 or 29 (the following weekend). Her site states shipping will be within 3 business days of order, so I figured there would be no problem getting them in time to ship with the Mother's Day swap. I inquired to get a tracking number when I had not received the orders by the first weekend in May, and was told they had not shipped out yet as she was waiting on a flavoring. I received the orders together on May 9th. I did not receive a coupon.
Product review:
My kids enjoyed the candies a lot. The only problem we had was that some of the candies were wrapped tighter than others, and since it was really ot when we got them, the tighter wrapped ones we were not able to unwrap and eat because the wrapper tore and stuck to the sticky candies. Thankfully that was only a couple of them, and we were able to enjoy almost all of them. |

I had bought these hoping to have them in the car for a move to another state, but they didn't ship until 2 weeks after I bought them. I was pretty disappointed in that. She did email to let me know when they shipped and apologized for the delay, and included a $5 gift certificate.
I wish I would've been contacted that they hadn't shipped yet, because I moved and since I hadn't put in a mail forwarding yet, it was over a month from purchase before I got them.

Very good customer service. My order was lost when HC crashed. I emailed Susie on 6/23 when I had not received the candies (because I had heard so many raves about her quick shipping and didn't have a pp shipping notice). Susie had emailed me but apparently it got caught in my spam filter. D'oh! She was very friendly and helpful and shipped the order out the following Monday (this was on a Saturday that we emailed). I was very pleased with how she handled the delay and the item arrived fairly quickly after she shipped it.
Product Review:
The candies are great. I think the Strawberry Daquiri is my favorite so far and will definitely try new flavors in the future (though I may have to order more yarn addict candy... *drools*). I would definitely recommend these as a fun little gift or a nice little treat. Though beware... little hands will want to grab them! |

I paid on June 8th and by June 26th had still not received my order and had no contact from Susie. I emailed her and was told they would ship the next day. They arrived on June 30th. She said there would be a coupon in the package for my wait but there was not one.
Product review:
Nicely packaged candies but the taste leaves a bit to be desired for me. I like strong flavors, just a personal preference. I did enjoy reading all the denials and these make great gifts.
