It was so teeny tiny it almost looked like a doll diaper. It should have been sold as a preemie diaper. I'd say it would have actually fit a 4-7 lb range. Needless to say it was much too small for my baby. I felt a bit disgruntled paying $16 for that- even if I had a preemie, an AIO that small should have been cheaper in my opinion.
