Short Sleeve| Customer service: | Made custom purchase on August 5th, had some contact with the seller on that date to iron out details then expected to hear back in a couple of weeks with a picture of the completed shirt, which was then to be sent as a gift. After just over a month I tried to contact the seller, 3 times total over 1.5 weeks. Because she no longer responds despite making posts on the HC forums, I have to assume that it isn't due to a family emergency. I'm not sure exactly what happened, but I never heard back and the family did not receive the gift as intended, so I have to leave this feedback and dispute the charge at this point. It is a shame though, the shirt looked like it would have been cute and the story behind the gift was sad but genuine, a thank you to a fellow pediatric cancer warrior and his family for helping ours during a difficult time.
