i didn't email or receive any emails after placing my orders, but considering the fact that the dragon shirt was a semi-custom that was made to my specs, i would have to say that i was very pleased with the overall service - my order was shipped fast and the presentation of the items in my package was excellent!
Product Review:
we adore these shirts. at first my son was a bit weirded out by the wings but the second time i tried it on him, he didn't want to take it off so he napped with it on and wore it ALL day. i got a ton of compliments on it and even returned his halloween costume because there's no reason he can't just wear this shirt as part of his costume. the quality is very impressive, and i have no problem washing the shirt inside out and hang drying it, so i expect that it will last until it is outgrown. the dye jobs are fantastic and we opted for no embroidery on the dragon shirt since it irritates my son, but i love the embroidery on the mama shirt and only slightly regret not getting wings put on mine |

Specfic Item: I sent her my dress that Fluff and Stuff made me and asked Ms. Jen to add wings to it. I sent her a necklace and some other things I made. She added the perfect fairy wings in very pretty fabric and fairy dust designs. Ms Jen also sent me presents of the neatest matching flower wand made of clay and even more goodies.
Customer Service: aweome, she sent it neat and protective so nothing woulf mess up ro break. I think it took her no longer than a day to make make wings on my dress.
Product review: it is awesome and I could not even think of making the wand. i think she is talented and the stuff she makes is awesome. Basically that is all i need to say. |
