11/12 - MY HUSBAND JOHN IS STILL NOT DOING WELL AT ALL, THE EXPERIMENTAL DRUG IS MAKING HIM VERY SICK. HE ACTUALLY HAD TO TAKE A BREAK WEEK LAST WEEK DUE TO THE SEVERE SIDE EFFECTS. After such quick customer service, I joined a wool swap, and purchased 3 items. After paying for my purchase I realized that I wanted to change one of the items - Katie handled it no problem at all and after a brief discussion even customized one of the scents for me! She then ensured that the product shipped not only with DC, but wrapped up beautifully for my swap partner! Finally, and most amazingly, I inquired about doing a custom scent, working out exactly what I wanted for my woolie wash and matching spray. Katie not only agreed to do the custom scent, but worked back and forth with me for at least 3 hours to decipher which exact EO I was looking for, pick it out, and special order it for me! She even made sure that all scents going into the mix were EO's for me! Katie is amazingly dedicated to Customer Service, and it shows with each transaction that I have done with her! I would not only recommend doing business with her, but I personally will not do business with anyone else when it comes to my woolie care items! June 2007, purchased 4 diapers 4 stuffable aio's, one of which was embroidered. These diapers get better with every batch. We can use these at night, and they dry super fast b/c of the way she makes the sewn in soaker. LOVE our eweneedit dipes! As usual, Chicky's customer service is wonderful and she works hard to customize each diaper to fit your baby. The diapers hold up well wash after wash, even in hard use for nighttime.

June 2007, purchased tester Her new stuffable AIO. This diaper is perfect! A stuffable AIO is exactly what we need for our mega wetter. And NO RED MARKS on legs! Her customer service is wonderful! Always in contact! This diaper is gorgeous and fits great. I'd BST anytime with her!

When and where purchased: April 18, 2007 HC #1014 Specific item: Wipes - 18 pack grab bag, Handknit Medium Shorties in Chunky Weight Malabrigo Wool in Emerald Blue Colorway, Stars and Moons Print Waterproof Bib (2 free wool wash spray) Customer service: Above and beyond customer service. There were a couple of glitches on the cart since it was brand new and they were fixed quickly and two free wool wash sprays were sent. Items shipped fast. Product review: wipes and bib are so soft, cute, and well made. We use the wipes all the time but not on BMs since flannel doesn't have a grip. The wool spray smells and works great - the sprayer gets stuck so I just spray it into my hand to apply. I especially love the shorties which my ds is just growing into (I ordered large on purpose) - the colors are much more stunning than the pictures and the wool is thick and soft and pre-lanolized in a yummy scent.

I won the 4 oz of Woolie Wash and added the spray to match and got them both right away. Product review: I LOVE THIS STUFF! The spray is so wonderful... I have sprayed my daughter's shorts right off the needles (I can never wait to fully lanolize b4 she wears them LOL) and they held up better then anything I've ever used. You can feel the soft lanolin coating on the shorts after I spray, but the spray comes out nice and smooth. The wash is just as nice. I put my daughter's shorts in the sink with some wash and everytime I walked into the bathroom all I could smell is the wonderful smell of Gardenias from this stuff! It also got all the poopy out that I had forgotton overnight (bad mommy) and her pants are like new again. I think I have changed who I will buy my woolie things off of from now on :)

I wasn't aware of a discount code but she refunded me the discount anyway. The bib arrived quickly, tied with a wipe in a little package with ribbon. Very cute! Product review: Nicely made! The flannel looks prewashed, stitching/serging is well-done, size is good and there are several adjustment snaps. I'd buy from her again with no hesitation!
