When and where purchased: a couple weeks ago, here with hc$ Specific item: wool yarn off her sheep! Customer service: like i said before, heidi is great, shes really sweet and helpful and keeps telling me i put a smile on her face LOL. Product review: VERY soft wool, very lanolin rich, much moreso than i have ever felt, it makes my hands very soft to knit with it, i like how it knits up, it is really pretty in its natural state, and the thick thin kinda made me nervous at first but she told me its okay, just stick it back together or tie it back together if im dumb and break it! thats too cool, i dont have to worry about yanking too hard, it can be very easily fixed unlike most other yarns i kept telling her when i was talking to her about, and after i got my other order that i really wished i could get something made from, or yarn or roving from her sheep, i really think thats such a cool thing (but more than cool, i dont know a word for it!) that she has her sheep and can make yarn and then turn it into something useful, or fun, or whatever she wants to, and all of that is right there at her house, she doesnt have to buy anything to do all that, she just can. so when i finally had the chance to get some of her wonderful yarn, i grabbed it!! if i can anytime, im definitely buying some more, i LOVE it!!

Customer service: shes great at getting back to you, and delivery time was great as well she is very sweet and makes sure youre getting something that you like! Product review: Very nicely made, it was made to specifications, so i dont think telling his type would help with fit for others lol. we use during the day and night, and hes a heavy wetter when he goes and theyve only leaked a couple times but it was his fitted underneath not his wools fault at all, i need better fitteds now that hes gotten older!! heidi is great to work with, and very nice, I bought a knit set off her for my sons bday and it was cutting it close with her time frame, she had it done and here the day before his bday however and i am really grateful!! A part of it fits, but it fits pretty much exactly, and she was so super sweet enough to make another one for him because of that even though it was to his measurement, its not too small, but she went ahead and did that for us, and it really was appreciated more than she knows
