When and where purchased: June, KuddlyKreations website and by email (to discuss fabric choices) Specific item: 1 med pocket fitted (custom), an insert, a "funfold" and a doll diaper Customer service: Kim was great to work with. Her site had said there'd be a 3-6 week wait but I needed it ASAP (by the 15th of this month) and she got it to me as quick as she could! I actually resent it to the gift recipient on the 13th!! Fantastic timing. Product review: Well, as everything but the doll diaper were gifts I can't give proper reviews for them other than they were really soft and excellently crafted. The doll diaper was for my son and he LOVES it!

When and where purchased: April 4, 2007 HC order #60 Specific item: Giraffe small flannel fitted with sherpa inner, snap-in soaker Customer service: Exemplary as always. I've ordered from her website before, just my first purchase from her cart. I've always thought her customer service went above and beyond. She even included a little soap sample with a personal note for my toddler! Product review: Excellent workmomship. Seams are always perfect, diaper is adorable. Won't be able to use it for another couple weeks, as baby is not here yet, but can't wait. I just love these diapers!

When and where purchased: Oct, emails Specific item: 2 medium and 2 small pocket diapers, solid pul outer with suede cloth inner. Customer service: Kim was great to work with. Was patient when I "thought" I already paid. Kim went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Product review: The diapers are well made and are our 1st choice for outings and over night.
