I also purchased the package of 3 Zorb II inserts along with the overnight insert, and I love them. They're 2 layer, and it seems like they're about half as bulky as a microfiber insert which is ALWAYS a plus. Haven't had any leaks yet, and they've only been washed 3 times, although they won't reach full absorbency until around 8 washes. My overnight insert is 4 layer with the wicking fabric on top and its been washed twice (I also boiled these inserts for 30 minutes after I received them to 'prep' them), and no leaks overnight yet. Only concern is the PUL looks and feels a lot like 2 covers I just had delaminate on me. Especially after washing it wrinkled slightly in the same way the other did at first. I know some PUL does this any way after first wash and is fine but again looks just like the other ones. I know this is not the same company and will just have to wait and see, but I'm just a little concerned about that. I love the cover and print so I'm praying it stays that way.
I don't want to leave negative feed back because I don't KNOW that it will happen just stating a concern since I was purchasing these to replace them.
