When purchased: May 27, 2009 Item: "Make it Yours" Custom Market Bag Customer service: Awesome! Jennifer was an absolute doll to work with! She was so patient with me when I was deciding which fabrics I wanted and she made the straps longer at my request. I originally wanted two bags but ended up gettting six. For two of the bags, Jennifer had to order the fabrics. To top it all off, she gave me a discount for joining her facebook and even threw in an extra bag as a thank you gift. All in all, it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Thank you so much Jennifer! Product review: I loooove everything! The bags are so well constructed and Jennifer's sewing is flawless! Not a stitch out of place. They are generously sized too! These bags will be used for many years to come.
