Ramona is awesome! She goes way above and beyond to make the perfect bow. We emailed back and forth for probably 2-3 weeks while the bride tried to decide what DD (flower girl) should wear. Once it was decided, we were in a time crunch and Ramona very graciously upgraded the shipping to priority for free so it would arrive in time. It arrived in such pretty packaging with an extra bow included!
For the 11/28 purchase, I was hoping to snag an upcoming custom slot so asked Ramona to hold onto the bow I purchased and ship it with the upcoming custom. She not only agreed, but offered to do the custom though the slots were sold out! She is too nice for her own good.
Product review:
Excellent construction! My DD was playing with, scrunching and twisting her bow during wedding pictures and it still looks brand new. It is also the only bow DD will leave in her hair. Her bows are beautiful and I can't wait to order a whole stash!

Can't say enough good things about Ramona! This fellow Texas mama has outstanding customer service. Because she takes the time to communicate with her customers, she helped me realize the bow I ordered wasn't the color I thought it would be, and then offered to make two custom bows for us. Extremely reasonable pricing as well. The bows were done extremely quickly and arrived with a bonus bow for us as well!
Product review:
Perfect - really PERFECT - construction. I love that Ramona covers the alligator clip with ribbon. It stays in the hair far better this way, and is much more gentle on little toddler heads. These bows are just impeccably put together.

My toddler's hair was literally covering her eyes at this point, so I needed something and I needed advice on what to get. Ramona went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, and even sent two kinds of clips for me to try. I was so happy with what I got, I came back to order more!

WOW. really, just wow. Everything is constructed absolutely perfectly, down to the tiniest detail. Ramona must have the littlest hands, because she makes these little bows that are just perfectly put together. And durable! She probably doesn't even know that her bows CAN go through the washer without harm. My little girl has pulled on these and can't tear them apart, yay! And my 8-month old loves to chew them, although I try to prevent that, LOL, but they show no signs of wear.
