Communication is lacking. I had to initiate contact each time. Products have not been received yet. I contacted Heather on July 15th about the status and was informed that the products were already sent out. She offered to make me replacement items to which I agreed. I asked Heather to send 2 of the items to my Kids Swap Partner directly, and I paid her for the extra shipping cost. The rest of the items were to be sent to me. I got an email from Paypal on July 19th stating that a shipping label had been created for my swap partner. Neither the items for my swap partner or for myself have arrived. The online PO site does not have any information on the package. I contacted Heather again a week ago to inquire about the items and have still not heard back.

I love the olive oil soap, it looks so pretty and washes really nice. I've been using the skin salve for my new tatoo and it has been woring wonderfully and feels nice. I have not got a chance to try out the wool wash samples yet but I recieved a sample of whipped shea butter that is just AMAZEING! I can't wait to get some more! |
