Initially misinvoiced, had to request cancelation to be reinvoiced at the proper rate, but seller was very polite and quick about it. Product review: I ordered separate microfleece-topped diaper inserts, but the inserts I was sent were flannel only, no microfleece. Because there was no price difference (that I am aware of) I don't feel it is worth shipping costs to either party to replace them with the proper inserts, so I am satisfied enough with the ones I received. The diapers themselves look well made, though I am unsure on the accuracy of the sizing; I am doubtful that they will be a good fit at the smaller end of the weight range, but they look like an excellent fit for the upper end of the size range.
