She has opened up a yahoo group to help keep things organized for all customers to order what they want, including mamas that shop on HC. Since these products are coming from overseas the shipping time is considerable, so it's important to plan ahead and order enough when you order. 6-8 weeks is an accurate turnaround time. Customs opened my box and did a half-@$$ed job of closing it back up, but the product was a-ok. Product review: Good product,fluffed up nice with a prewash, takes dye well. Production snags to be expected but there was only one out of all of my batch of yardage. Easily worked around. My batch ran a little short (2/3rd yard), but contacted the seller and she made it right ASAP. 2009-04-12 10:39:42

When purchased: Mar 12, 2009 Item: snap plier & 200 snaps - free express shipping Customer service: Not very good c/s When I recieved the snap pliers there were absolutely no instructions on how to use them. the packaging was all taped up and none of the pieces were in the spot on the package. took 5 days from date of payment to recieve tracking number. I emailed company asking how to use the snap pliers she got back with me stating she would find instructions and give them to me. Well, she never did. I emailed her yet again 4 days after her email saying she would find instructions and email them right back. and she said I needed to join her yahoo group to get the instructions. I don't want to join her group. why do I need to join a group to get instructions on something I paid a lot of money for! Product review: I have no idea if this works of not. When the package came to me it was all taped up and stapled up it had already been opened and I've asked a few times now for the owner to tell me what pieces I should have and she hasn't told me. The pieces were all jumbled up with absolutely no instructions on how to use what piece. I am so very dissapointed I would never buy from this person again and will be telling everyone else not to buy from her too. very poor c/s and very poor product seeing as I can't figure out how to use it. I've tried to figure it out on my own and have ruined many snaps. so in short. thanks for wasting my time/money. 2009-03-26 11:39:56 Seller response: 1�jafter buyer contacted me about the instructions i immediately uploaded instruction files to my yahoo group. that was my fault in assuming that the inquiry came from a member of my group. 2) did not hear from buyer for awhile after that and had assume that everything was great 3) buyer contacted me again days later inquiring about the instructions and i mentioned the group to her as an easy way to gain access to the instructions and also mentioned that i could create a separate instruction file for her and email it that day. never mentioned that buyer NEEDED to join, was only a suggestion. 4) shipped item within 48 hours of receiving buyer's selection of snaps and offered tracking number. tracking takes a few days to load into the system and package had arrived to buyer within the 5-8 day period. 5) product has received excellent reviews from members of other groups and works well. takes a bit of practice and patience to set the studs correctly. 6) package was taped up for security reasons as pieces do tend to fall out during transport but buyer confirmed she did receive all pieces. 2009-03-27 12:13:47 Buyer resolution: Joined yahoo group and now have instructions on how to use my snap pliers.
