When purchased: Dec 1, 2008 Item: New Woman Package - 5 day auction Customer service: Great! There was a slight delay in shipping due to some family problems, but she communicated wonderfully and it still arrived very quickly. I don't think I would have complained at the delay even if she had not contacted me because it was so slight, but it was nice that she kept me informed. Product review: I'm so excited to try the foot soak and the massaging peanut is already being used. The slight felting gives it a very soft feel. The head towel wrap is giong to be great for after showers or to keep my hair out of the way during a bath. Very glad I got this auction.
