Customer service:I purchased an order on 5/9/09 and have not received it as of yet. I waited 4 weeks and then sent an email which was not responded to. I paid through Paypal & got a confirmation stating it was paid. So, now I feel I have to leave feedback on my order. I am truly disappointed that I did not receive an email to even state why the long delay. I do realize that things happen, expecially for WAHMs, but to not respond is just not right. If I would have gotten a response, I wouldn't feel that it was bad customer service. Unfortunately, I do not believe I will be doing business here again.

Customer service:100% unresponsive. I purchased this item on the 5th and paid promptly. A week later, I still had not received my item or a delivery confirmation letter. 6 days after I purchased, I emailed her and politely asked for an update. I received none. I emailed her again the following day, and again - my email went unanswered. I noticed she had bumped her WAHM thread on DS and politely asked for an update via DS (it went un answered). So I tried again.. and yet was answered with silence. On May 14th I filed a claim with Paypal .. and still, no answer. I have tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but have given her way too many chances. I went ahead and escalated my claim.

I notice now that on DS, she states that she will be "moving" and not have internet connection until the 20th. But she was active that morning - long enough to respond to an inquiry from a confused and upset customer. Chose not to. I would not recommend purchasing from this Mama .. because the lack of communication and no item.

I will be purchasing elsewhere.
Product review: It has been 10 days and I have not received an update on the status of my order, a delivery confirmation, or my order. So - I have no product to review.

Seller response: Obviously she checked my DS username to see that I was "moving". Which I don't frankly like the quotes around moving as to say that I'm lieing or something. It's called a military move. No, I'm not lieing. Want to see copies of our orders! Second of all, she DID NOT PM me through DS. I have no PM's from her. Thirdly, I was trying to log onto DS and coops that I'm involved in through my cell phone during our move. Too bad I didn't log onto my email to see all the bull. Thankfully I didn't because I'm sure it would have just pissed me off during our long drive. We did not have our laptops with us because DH packed them away in the Jeep that my father had already drove down to Florida.

Seriously, a week and a half since an order and you file a paypal claim and escalate it? Are you freakin' kidding me? Obviously if I haven't answered your email or your magical PM that you supposely sent me through DS, and you see that I have a message in my screenname that I'm moving. Hey, maybe you should think that I'm MOVING. I'll be refunding this order because I choose not to deal with customers like this.

Buyer resolution: It's funny how you assume it must be your customer because they are upset when they order something from you and you don't communicate with them for two weeks! It's called bad customer service, not a bad customer.

Moving or not - you have a business up, accepting orders. If you were moving, as you say you are, then you need to take your cart off line until you can fulfill those orders in a timely manner, or at least notify your customers through an auto responder that their message has received and you will get back to them when your move is over. You did not do those obvious steps and now are choosing to point fingers rather than take responsibility for it.

That's funny that you called my emails "Bull". Let's post them, shall we? So your customers can see you calling your other customer's emails bull when they inquire about things:

No - it just sounds like someone who sent you money and wants some communication. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that (especially "bull" worthy). I would choose you responses carefully when responding to any feedback, negative or not because this is all publicly laid out.

I also never said I sent you a PM - I said I noticed you bumped your WAHM thread so I asked via DS (um - your thread) about an update.

It has now been over 2 weeks since I sent you my order and you retaliate with my concerns with this nice response. You do know that it could have been resolved and a negative flag unchecked if you would have just been polite about it?

As for the refund - I haven't seen it yet but hopefully you will remain true to your word.

ADDED - 5/20/09 - It is with further disappointment that I must add that this WAHM, Angela, went above and beyond furthering the mess by starting a thread on Diaper Swappers about me, titled, "Oy.. This is why I hate customers." (Nice one, Angela).

She then went on to show further disrespect for my concerns (or my repeat business - which is null) by publicly bashing me in efforts to gain sympathy for being a military wife.

But it gets better.

She then tells her potential customers (Diaper Swapper Mamas) to not purchase from her if they plan on being difficult!! (And by difficult I mean - expect communication somewhere within the two weeks after giving her money).

She somehow got someone to delete the thread, but not until it had already served her damage.

This mess could have been prevented, Angela - with common sense, common courtesy, maturity and.. and easiest yet.. an apology.

Sometimes the easiest way is accepting responsibility for your actions and apologizing.

I also am patiently awaiting my refund - which, if not received by the 25th, will result in my discussing the issue personally with Karen of Hyena Cart, and filling out a JAR.

UPDATE: A refund has been given.
