This is my second purchase from Hilary and her customer service is top notch! I emailed Hilary to ask her if she could make a shirt for me, the same shirt that I missed on her stocking and she was happy to oblige. She was honest with me up front by telling me beforehand that she would have to use a slightly different colour than the one pictured on her stocking. She made sure that I made an informed decision. She also told me that she would have it shipped by November 22nd but she emailed me on the 12th to let me know that my shirt was done and that she would ship it the next day. Lightning fast turnaround time!

Lightening speed turn around and shipping! We had a little trouble with one of the boxers not fitting right due to the fabric not being as stretchy. Hilary whipped up another one quickly and sent it to us for free. Can't ask for better customer service.

the fit on these is great. they're snug through the leg with more room in the crotch. hilary added extra layers in the "wet zone" just in case and they fit/feel terrific. i will definitely order from hilary again. |
