She also sent me the progress of the longies when they're being made, I thought it was really neat! The turnaround time is VERY FAST!! I've never had anyone finishing a custom knitting stuff this fast. I was pleasantly surprised! Shipping was also fast. It took less than a week from first email to the time when I pet the longies.
