Same size as a Medium GAD, slightly boxier cut, finished opening for inserts. Very nice stiching on applique, very fine. Held up well so far after 2 washings. Very soft materials. Have had no leaking and fits well around the legs even on my skinny legged 2 month old. His thighs are 6 inches around and often have leakage issues in my BumGenius.
