When and where purchased: Worked out a trade on Diaper Traders, August/September 2007 Specific item: My prefolds for a recycled soaker she would make. She let me choose the fabric the soaker was made from. Customer service: Wonderful. Stayed in contact during the whole process, even when she was put on bed rest! Product review: This soaker is wonderful. I really love it a lot, and it works so well. I have a really heavy wetter, and it holds her. Plus, she 'accidentally' made the rist a touch too long, but it fits just perfect over her bulkiest diapers. I looked through her gallery, and plan to place an order with her once she has her baby and babymoon. I love her work!

I really felt that she went overboard trying to please me--I actually feel like I owe her more for all the effort she put into my order! Product review: The longies are just fabulous! They look like a regular pair of pants--especially with the pockets on the rear! The sewing is phenomenal, and they are so soft and warm! Carson even made them with little red cuffs on the ankles that turn up, so they'll grow with him all winter long The wetbag is equally impressive! She picked a good, sturdy weight wool, and even added an applique of a cloth diaper on the front! She took the time to figure out how to put a zipper on it, and it is perfect! Even my DH was impressed with that bag

When Carson first asked what kind of custom applique I had in mind, I had to think. She waited patiently and offered photos and suggestions. I finally decided I wanted a koala (which she hadn't done before). She quickly worked up a sketch and it was exactly what I had in mind. All through the creation process, she responded to emails very quickly and was always super friendly and helpful. The wool pants and wet bag took longer than she had originally estimated to be completed, which completely didn't bother me at all. I told her it would be a while before Dacey could wear them in south Texas! But she included a small wipe-size wet bag with my order to compensate. Not necessary at all - but just reflects her committment to customer service. Product review: A-MA-ZING! Carson's sewing skills are top-notch. These are our first ever pair of recycled wool pants and I LOVE THEM. The fit on Dacey is perfect. I love the way she has cut and tailored them. The colors she picked, the koala applique - it's all just phenomenal. The wet bags are so pretty and functional, too. I look forward to doing more business with Carson in the future and HIGHLY recommend her work to everyone!

Carson answered to emails promptly, was very friendly and helpful. She made the pants pretty quickly and mail them quickly. The USPS didn't deliver the longies right away and she offered me to make new ones. I told her I wanted to wait a few days, and they did show up, with a cute nice smelling wool wash as a freebie! :D Product review: Impressive! Georgeous longies! I never thought I would like recycled longies, but I do now!! Very nice appliques, nice fit, and oh so soft!

After I placed the order, I was not able to get back online for a few days to discuss what I was looking for. Carson called me at home to make sure everything was OK and that I was still interested in buying a custom. To take the time to call, made me feel very valued as a customer! And she was so personable and friendly! We decided on a design quickly and she was very good about keeping me in the know every step of the way. Before they were shipped out, Carson e-mailed me a preview of both items to make sure everything was as I requested. Product review: I am very impressed with both items! The pants are not only adorable and gorgeous, but the free bag is of equally amazing quality. One look at the items, and you can tell that a lot of love is behind her products.

Product review: This is a VERY high quality, well constructed wet bag. It's functional, but also absolutely gorgeous at the same time.
