When purchased: May 25, 2008 Item: Felted Soap Customer service: I won a $HC raffle from Brillohead Designs for a soaker. Brillohead contacted me on March 20th stating that I had won, and to let her know what size and general color family that I would like for my soaker. I replied. On March 31st I received a friendly pm from her stating that "the soaker will go out this week" with an apology for lateness. Then we went back and forth because she said that she was just going to refund me because she had received a nasty email regarding the quality of her work. I would rather encourage a newer WAHM and give her a chance, so I told her that I would still rather have the soaker. On April 3rd, I received a pm that she would "get one out to you asap and you can decide then". I hadn't heard or received anything so I wrote her for an update. I received a pm on April 27th stating, "I'd love to make a red one or a red and green one" and asking what size waist that I wanted. All this time I had been patient because she had said that she was stocking two congos. She had also told me that she had set up a discount in her HC, but that the HC wasn't stocked. I wrote back with dd's waist size. On May 5th, she wrote asking if I would be "up for trying out a 2 strand knitpicks pallette soaker". I told her that whatever she came up with would be great. On May 21st, I wrote her that I noticed that she was running another auction for YYMH. I asked her if my soaker was finished? She wrote back: "I'm working on it as I can - I have already refunded your HC$ in April and promised that I would do it. I do have to pay my bills also." In fact, she had never refunded my $HC in April. After I wrote her back, she refunded my $HC. I do not know if she refunded anyone else who entered her raffle.
