Customer service:ABSOLUTELY amazing. lauren went way above and beyond to make me happy. first she made me a dozen diapers, after i had only scored a spot for 2. she told me it would take awhile, which i gladly accepted. she even ordered fabrics just for me, at no additional charge. well things took longer than expected, which was fine, i told her to take her time, and she threw in a free diaper. she had great communication the entire time, and was very nice. my package included a nice handwritten note, a bag of tea, and a yummy soap sample. if that aint customer service, i dont know what is!
Product review: laurens front snap diapers are AMAZING. its like she made them just for my daughter lol. i love them. the absorbancy is wicked, the cut is sooo trim, and they just rock all the way around. she did an awesome job matching inner velours and outer knits. her sewing is awesome! bottom line, these are by far my favorite fitted around!
