Jenn was very patient with me. We were working on the plans of this card and then my life got turned upside down when my Dad was diagnosed with cancer and died 4 days later. Jenn was SO patient with me and let me take all the time I needed to get this card figured out. She came up with the scripture and the writing on the right hand side. She listened to everything I wanted and managed to make this card exactly what I envisioned.

Excellent! She listened to what I wanted and created something beautiful! She is still helping me on and off when I need it. She didn't leave me high and dry to figure the rest out on my own. She even worked on this when she had severe morning sickness and was hospitalized a few times. That's dedication!

Customer service: Great CS. Jenn worked with my ideas to get the exact collage I wanted for my littlest one for her birthday. Same with the cards, she sent me numerous choices and I picked my favorite!
Product Review: Graphics work is excellent, it really makes my favorites pictures stand out and look even better, if that's possible. I'll post the IMGs so you can see, I am very pleased with both items.
