Product review: By far my favorite MT ever, and the bag is wonderful too! MT:The padded, extra-wide body of the MT is very comfy for my girls, and my oldest loves it. I love the material, and the 'wave' stitch used to go with the underwater print. The wide straps also make it very comfy for me to carry even my two year old. Bag: Wonderful sewing skills make this a great bag! I didn't know what to expect, but this is my new diaper bag, which will easily hold half a dozen diapers, the MT, wipes, wetbag, etc. I also like the key clip pocket. More pockets than I know what to do with (which is a major bonus!) Easily adjustable strap and easy to work drawstring. Overall, I am in love with the whole set. Thanks so much!

Product review: It looks great, and I love that the body is a little larger. While I am a smaller person than the MT straps were made for, the larger body of the MT allow for more comfort for my daughter. The straps hit the body of the MT instead of digging into her legs.

Customer service:Poor. I ordered two items from Tonya on October 2nd. About a week later I recieved the wrong items. I immediatly contacted her to let her know. She asked me to send the items to her and once she recieved them, she would refund me the shipping. This struck me as odd, since it is not common practice to ask me to pay up front to send back her mistake. After much debate, I finally caved and mailed items back. weeks later I recieve an IM from the mama whos Items I had gotten by mistake. She asked me why I had not mailed the items back to Tonya. I immediatly replied with the confirmation number to show that the package had been delivered to her a while back. After weeks of PMing and emailing Tonya, I finally get an email saying it had been delivered to her neighbor. 2 more weeks go by and I finally get my items. To date (12/07) I have yet to recieve a refund for my shipping the other items back to her. She keeps emailing me saying she has sent the refund, yet I do not have it. I asked her 2 times to send me a screen shot to show that it was sent. She has yet to do so. I can produce a screen shot showing it has not. I really love Tonyas work. but after this I will never buy from her again.

Seller response: I did make the mistake of mixing up my orders and tried to make it right. I do require customers to pay for shipping back to me as the world is full of scammers, but I do refund promptly upon receipt as I did in this case. I feel bad that she can not find the refund in her paypal, but it cleared my paypal on November 17, 2008. I have sent her proof via USPS as prove it was paid.

I am sorry she will not be returning as a customer, but I feel at this point there is not more I can do to please her!
