Customer service:	I purchased 2 preorders plus 2 additional custom pants and paid in full. I was told a few weeks for completion time. I was then later told that my order was delayed due to a delayed shipment of wool back in August. I had to keep asking for updates and was told that they were being worked on "next week". Finally received half my order in OCTOBER. No info given regarding missing items. I repeatedly emailed asking for info regarding the missing 2 pairs of pants with no response for weeks. Jesse did finally email me back almost 2 weeks ago and said that she was "out of wool" (!?!?) and wouldn't be able to send one of the pairs of pants after all. This was after I waited since July! I asked for a full refund and have not gotten any response since. It is way past the deadline to file with paypal so I'm out that money.
Product review:	Never received. NO refund issued. Luxe Baby was one of our favorites in the past so I was quite patient until it became obvious that she has no intention of sending my order or a refund.

And you gotta love the free beautiful wipe! Her wipes make me want to trade in all me old washrag wipes for Luxe ones!

Each diaper is expertly sewn, dyed and painted. They are soft, stretchy, very absorbant and fit well. The wool covers are bright, pretty and do their job beautifully. The t-shirt is lovely and looks great with lavender cover.

Excellent customer service. Jesse went above and beyond!! She answered all of my emails promptly and addressed my concerns. She even offered to accept a return after I used the product because I was concerned about the fit and if it would leak. The only way to know was to try it out (my ds has super skinny thighs). Thankfully it does not leak at all, but I'm glad I didn't have to worry regardless.

the products are very professionally made...i can never find a single imperfection in any luxe item (and i have several diapers, another cover and a t-shirt purchased from other mamas). they fit ds very well, hold up well to my heavy wetter, the covers are extremely trim without compromising on leak protection.

ETA: i have since ordered another t-shirt and a diaper from jesse and as always everything is perfect. if i didn't know better, i'd say these were being made mechanically as every stitch is perfection and there is not a flaw to be found.

Beautiful, beautiful diapers, wonderfully made. Bright, vivid colours and flawless painting. So soft. Amazingly trim, and suprisingly super absorbant - the cashmere backing seems to make a huge difference for my moderate - heavy wetter. They fit my little guy perfectly too - and have done back when he was chunkier and shorter, and still now he has thinned out and shot up. I'd be surprised if they did not work wonderfully for everyone.

the fit and quality is awesome for the covers and shirt. The covers fit my chunky 22lbs 8.5 month old great with room to grow. The covers are nice and stretchy and leave no marks around the legs or tummy. The material is also very soft. I plan on buying more covers in the next size up.
