I have to admit that I was very disappointed that while I sent out my portion of the trade mid-November, and finalized the details for the lounge set at that time, Rhonda did not contact me until December 16th to indicate that my set was finished and ready to ship.
At that time I expressed my disappointment that we would not receive the item for Christmas as we are in Canada (which she did not realize)~ I don't blame her for not knowing we are in Canada, but even on a US order, that was tight considering the postage was not purchased online until December 20th (the Saturday before Christmas)~ despite her indication on the 16th that she realized the issue and would send it priority (which she did, but on the 20th, or 22nd). It arrived in Canada on the 30th.
Things happen, and shipping is slow around the holidays, but that is why I purchased well in advance. Opening jammies on Christmas Eve is an important part of our traditions. Not realizing until the last couple days before Christmas that we would not have these to do our traditions was upsetting and required a 200 km trip (100 km each way) to the nearest center and the purchase of a $25 pair of jammies (slim pickings~ small city) in order to keep with our tradition.
A very expensive trade which was disappointing.

Amazing communication! Kept in near constant contact. When she realized the shirt may have been bigger than originally anticipated, she dyed another for a better fit. Then when she wasn't happy with the original embriodery, she dyed yet another and embroidered it again. She sent both shirts to me. They're 2 diferent sizes so Nick will have a beautiful shirt with his name for at least the next two summers!
