Really nice diaper! As mentioned, the diaper had a sewing error where some of the minky slipped from the PUL when she was sewing it. She fixed it and it's one of my favorite pockets for my busy toddler. DH put it on overnight last night and it held up really well. It's a nice trim fit and sooo soft. When and where purchased:

It is beautiful. She emailed me to see what I preferred for an inner, Suede cloth or microfleece. I asked for natural fibers against the skin which she couldn't do as an AIO because it would wick with her pattern, so she offered me a fitted instead. It is made of a very soft velour.
customer service -She answered my emails quickly and came up with a suggestion other than what was initially offered so that I would have a dipe that I love. Mission accomplished! I love it. When and where purchased:

When I received our first Better Bums, I couldn't believe how small it was and wondered if it would even fit my daughter! But I put it on her and was amazed at not only the stretch, but the extremely trim fit. I use a basic 4-layer microfiber insert in my B.B. and I have yet to have a leak, even through naps. I'm able to get jeans and pants on very easily over the top of this diaper because of the trimness. If I had to compare any CD to the trimness of a disposable, this would definitely be it. It has quickly become one of my favorite diapers and I've just ordered and am anxiously awaiting my 2nd one.

I am in LOVE with the red minkee! IT is fabulous and so soft. It looks like a ripe peach. The giraffe is equally soft and very cool! Ample pocket room, lower rise and no leaks, no issues, good fit.

Product Review: This is a very trim fitting diaper, I bought the insert with it too. The pocket which you stuff the insert into isn't that large (my DP can't get his hand into it) but I can manage fine. My dd fell asleep with this diaper on for 3 hours, we had no leaks/wicking or blowouts. Our dd is very long and slim and she fits into the size large very well, with plenty of growing room, she weighs around 21lbs. I will definitely buy again.

Product Review: This was my first wool purchase, so I have nothing to compare to. They smell very yummy (probably a scented wool wash and lanolin?), but there was a little hole in the crotch - it looks as though the sewing machine just skipped over that part or maybe the seams weren't lined up perfectly? I can easily just fix it with a needle and thread.
Customer Service: The longies were sent wrapped in a layer of tissue paper tied up in a bow - *so* cute and obviously sent with much attention and care. It even came with a little sample of yummy smelling wool wash. When I contacted Deanne about the little hole, she was very apologetic and sweet about the whole thing - offerred to send me matching thread and whatnot. She even offerred a discount off my next purchase. I believe I may just try one of her diapers . . .there's a cute one in her cart right now. . . When: February 2, 2007
