Really great. We had lots of email communication, and she was very fast considering that she was in the middle of a move. She was also very patient with me as I was busy and unable to mail the yarn as quickly as planned.
Product review: They are really really awesome. Just great. The ruffles are a perfect touch, and they fit my daughter perfectly. The knitting is really well done also.

Donna is really incredibly sweet and very patient.
