well the specific item was with Becky and shipped by her so I didn't deal with Kira during this transaction but i must say that her customer service is fantastic! i purchased two dipes from her months ago and when the package arrived, only one was in the envelope. since the diapers i ordered were made with the last bit of fabric, she could not make me another exactly like one that was lost in the mail but she sent me out a suitable replacement and was so sweet during the email convos regarding the problem.

since those two previous diapers were a size 1 (for a future baby) i was glad to finally get my hands on a diaper to fit my toddler. the embroidery is awesome and the sewn-in, wuick dry style soakers are wonderful! it wicked a bit at first but that was my fault for putting it on my bebe as soon as we got it, without washing it first. lol! i was just so excited! since washing and drying to reseal the PUL i have not had any problems and i love the buttery soft bamboo velour inner. |

I LOVE Clothmo AIOs. Beautiful embroidery, nice fit. But I especially like the design of the AIO---the soakers are sewn in, it's a true AIO, no snap ins to track down, but the way the soaker petals are sewn against each other it is relatively fast drying and cleanable for the amount of absorbancy. There's also more absorbancy right where it's needed most, so that there's less bulk, but more capacity, LOL. And the bamboo is SOOOOOFT!! Cushy. This dipe was worth the $$$. We are very discerning about our dipes, and we really like this one!! |

Unbelievable. I purchased two AIOs through lily pad landing on a Thursday night and they were mailed the next day. I received an email with a dc# at that time. The diapers were packaged beautifully and came with a wonderful tea bag that made my night. I was so impressed with the two AIOs that I contacted Kira about purchasing the third AIO that "matched" our two. Kira was wonderfully kind, responded to my emails quickly, and was very generous in selling me the third AIO. She mailed the third diaper the day after I paid and it too arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. I can't wait to do business with her again.
