ETA: My baby is almost 5 months old, and we just love these covers! Not only are they totally adorable, but they work great. We love to use these under little dresses when going out to the store and such. They're super-easy off-and-on for diaper changes, go with many outfits, and we get compliments on them all the time!! Customer Service: Great communication and fast shipping. One of the hair towels was a little weak where it was serged leaving a visible hole. I didn't expect anything from Cynthia at all since there was a lapse from the time I ordered the towels until I found the hole, but I contacted her anyway. She insisted on replacing it with not one, but two hair towels! Cynthia is very concious about her quality. And on those rare occassions, something might go wrong - it's a WAHM's response to problems that really shows you how great they are.

I just need to mention that the soaker smelled really good when it got here, I washed it with unscented wool wash a couple times and I could still smell the sweet original scent. Yum! |
