I loved the looks of the tiny soaker that I got used, but the function was awesome. I usually reached for this tiny soaker first. Since my dd was outgrowing it rapidly, I thought it was time to get a replacement. Cart was having a great sale, so I scooped up these shorts. I love the dip-dyeing she does. Can't wait for dd to fit into these new shorts, pretty sure they will work as well as the soaker did. |

Fit: Shirt fits great! Rise issues in cover, just a tad short on my 5 month old so I have to use trim diapers under. Function and construction are great. Love the embroidery. Color isn't a perfect match between the shirt and cover but could be due to the way different materials accept dye. For the price, I'm overall very happy with the purchase. |

I loved these covers! I was so sad when Bella outgrew them just a week or so ago. The embroidery was really well done and the covers were both absorbant and trim fitting. My only issue was that the dye ran during washing, but that was easily fixed with some vinegar. Awesome covers that look very cute under dresses. I really enjoyed that they were reversible so they had more versatility. |

I feel privileged to be the first to write a review for Barbara. Her customer service is exceptional. First, her email communication is very speedy, always addresses every question you can ask, and goes beyond what you would expect in thinking about what would work best for your children. Not to mention the fact that she is a super sweet mama. The delivery time was exactly as stated, which was incredibly fast. The second set I bought from her, the Ruffle Magic Set, needed the top and bottoms to be dyed in different colours, and the capris were custom made and with a slightly higher rise than the normal size 2 (again, Barbara was so accomodating and kind about this). Barbara got the set out to me within five days of ordering! Our first set from Barbara was the Paper Doll Set that included a beautiful nappy from (stupendously talented and sweet) Jesse of Luxe. Barbara offered to add a Paper Doll cut out to our capris too, as a gift, so my girls would have companion sets - such a generous and thoughtful thing to do.
Product review:
The quality of the materials Barbara uses is superb. The wool interlock for our shorts and capris is as soft and stretchy as you will find anywhere, just dreamy, but very functional. The organic velour on our top from Barbara is lovely, as is the utterly pretty and filmy organic gauze (something I'd never come across before) and cotton of our ruffled top. Barbara's sewing is exceptional. She really is an artist and ingenious designer. That Paper Doll set is just one of the sweetest designs ever, from the orange and hot pink hand-dyed colours to the scale and proportions of the top and shorts together. Likewise the sweet ruffled top and capris for our other set, also hot pink and orange, but with the top and bottoms colours reversed, is stunningly pretty and unique. You cannot imagine how adorable my girls look in these two sets. |
