It fits my daughter very well, especially with the optional hip snaps to close up the wing droop. The thigh area also fits her well and is not too tight like some other fitteds I have. I like her style of one-size, where you snap the front down to make a "fold" instead of folding over the top portion, as it stays in place well.
The diaper is also very absorbent. I've used it for nighttime, and when my daughter learns to walk, I plan to let her wear it around the house without a cover.

I was surprised to see the placement of the pocket opening becasue I do not remeber reading anything specific about the placement before I purchased. These are darling little diapers. I can't wait to use them on our baby, not due until May. They are very well made, and the fabrics are soooo soft. They are the perfect size for a newborn. I have been using the Little Cheekie since my son was 2 mo. old. This is a fitted newborn diaper made from soft sherpa terry. The fit is very nice with side snaps and a snap down for the umbilical cord. This diaper has held up well with multiple washing and it does not take forever to dry. My son at 15 lbs is now outgrowing this diaper. It has outlasted most newborn/small diapers.
If I have another newborn this is the diaper that I would use.

I've been using my diaper in my 3 1/2 month-old, super chunky thighed baby girl for a couple of weeks now. I'm using it on the medium setting, and the fit is superb! Much better fit than any other one size fitted I own. Love the softness and dryness microfleece inner. The diaper is very absorbant. Not the most trim, but it's a one-size on a medium setting so that is to be expected. Haven't had a single leaking issue (I do change everytime she's wet though) and would trust this diaper on an outing. Haven't used it as a nightime dipe because we use pockets at night.
Two things I want to comment on that I feel are important to note:
1. I don't usually use serged fitteds because of the chunk factor on my baby's thighs. Serges fitteds usually dig in and are uncomfy for her. This diaper is SO SOFT, they leave no marks on her and I love that.
2. I don't own any aplix in my stash except for one BumGenius! I don't trust it in the wash... it seems aplix dipes always come open in the wash and tear something up. This diaper is an aplix closure, but it has stayed securely fastened in every wash load. Hasn't even come close to opening up.
I would defintely buy more of these if I was in need of more one size fitteds right now, and I will when my daughter sizes up again.

I bought a fitted diaper off her HC. It is awesome. Outside is flannel and it has 2 snap in soakers so you can decide how much you need. I have used this for my daughter overnight and had not problems with leaks. I don't usually classify DD as a supersoaker but she went 6-7 hours with this on and didn't leak. I highly recommend you check out her diapers she has cute designs and priced really well.

The construction is excellent and the fabrics used are great... very comfy! The fit is awesome... my two youngest are both able to wear this one-size diaper. My DD is 2 1/2 and about 27 lbs, and my DS is 11 mo. and is only about 18 lbs. My son is also very "tall" and slim. The hook and loop closure on this diaper makes it easy to adjust for his size. Both of my littlest ones are heavy wetters, and this diaper has been used overnight on each of them. My son often wears it without a cover and I have successfully used it at nap time without a cover. We did have one wet mess when he slept for 4 hours one afternoon rather than the expected 1 1/2 hours! I guess I would expect issues with ANY diaper under those circumstances! Had I been using a cover, there wouldn't have been an issue.
The owner of Pampered Cheeks is a wealth of information about cloth diapering and is more than willing to share what she has learned with others.
