| I sent Shelly some of my tees to dye in January for the fluff factory auction in Feb. I paid her $60 to do the work and to this day I have not recieved them back. Last I heard from her she said she was shipping them in May. She does not respond to my emails anymore. I am out about $160+ now. |

| I placed an order for 6 tie dyed prefolds and a tie dyed t-shirt at the end of February. I emailed back and forth with Shelly to get everything started. I didn't hear anything back from her for about 5 weeks, but I wasn't really worried because her website quoted a 4-6 week turn around. So I emailed her a few times, and she told me mid april that she would ship the following week. Never received anything, so I emailed her again. May 25th I was told that my order would ship that weekend. I still haven't received anything. And now she isn't responding to my emails. :( |

I ordered a custom sundress on February 16. In April, she said it was done and shipping that week so I sent her some king size sheets to dye for me. I still hadn't received the dress in May, so I emailed her again, and she said she'd ship it. Now I can't get any answers. My last communication from her was on June 6.
I'm way past my 45 day deadline with Paypal, but I still filed so that it would be on her record with them.
Updated: I received a refund for the dress on 7/10/06 and now I am just waiting on the return of my sheets.
2nd Update: Shelly contacted me this summer and returned my set of sheets, and my matter is completely resolved. |

Communication: not answering emails within what I would consider normal time frame.
Product/Return: Order Jan 11/06 Ladies Dress and 2 t-shirts $101.72, Order Jan 23/06 4 boys t-shirts $66.72, Order from instock at UM new colors for TDD boys tee $14 total = $182.44. Have not recieved anything from any orders as of June 9/06. Shelly says her dh Jeff shipped the package with all items to me several weeks ago but nothing has shown up and she has not answered my email recently. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt but I am not hearing anything from her recently and it has been six months since the initial order took place. Would you do business with this vendor again? Unfortunately no, I cannot wait that long for orders. Although I do very much like the vendor I simply feel this is too long to wait for orders.
UPDATE: All orders received July 4/06, quality is great and beautiful work on all shirts and dress. Thank you Shelly for coming through! |

On April 9th I purchased a custom tye dye t-shirt
As of today which is June 17th I have not received anything. Customer service has been very poor. At least at the beginning I would receive email correspondence. She has been saying she would ship for over a month, but then she doen't. Now she no longer emails me. I have now asked for a refund and haven't heard back. |
