customer service was great. rachel had actually taken the wayne soaker off her instock cart, but when i emailed to say i would be able to buy it in a few days she said she'd hold it for me and restock it when i was ready to buy. she was as good as her word and had it restocked just minutes after my email.
Product review:
the soaker is terrific. the colorway looks slightly different in person (though exactly matches rachel's description) and i love it even more in person. it is a curly purly style and very trim. it is also great at holding in my super soaker!
ETA: i recently bought a custom slot from rachel and my new soaker is just as lovely as my first one. she had no problem letting me use yarn i had already purchased, kept me apprised of her progress and shipped quickly once the soaker was finished. the work is beautiful and i plan to continue using threebies knits. |

Custom Soaker, order to my specifications, using a custom dyed yarn she arranged to get according to my color desires.

She was fabulous! Despite a family emergency during the process of our order, I still got regular email communication from Rachel, and she worked on my order while traveling. The custom dyed yarn took her nearly no time at all to obtain, and despite being #3 on the list, I still heard from her right away about measurements. She kept me informed all the way thru, and I was impressed at the speedy delivery.
