There was a serging flaw in the soaker of one of the diapers that I purchased, and when I contacted Azadeh about it she immediately replied and worked quickly with me to get it fixed. Product review: I liked the two instock diapers that I purchased so much that I contacted Azadeh and ordered 10 more custom diapers.
