She is such a polite and sweet mama. She let me know when my order was completed and when she shipped it so I knew when to expect it. Customer Service- I emailed the day of lottery to ask about shipping charge and was told all she needed was my address. Emailed WAHM again about 3 weeks later to inquire about a tracking number as I had not yet received the item, was told that the item in the lottery had been lost in her house, asked if I would be willing to accept another similar item that she had on hand and I said that would be fine.
Update: Received an email from Pam with an apology on 9/21, and she sent the item out that same day.
Product Review- Came within two days of her notifying me of shipping, and we love it, my daughter has not stopped carrying it around. Just as fine quality as the Bunny Sprout we have. |

The first bag I purchased from her ended up with a problem with the strap, but only because of seriously heavy use, and she fixed it for free for me. She is really a top notch WAHM.
Product review: Our bunny is now over a year old, and has held up to some serious loving and is still in great shape. The workmanship on both the toys and the bags is perfect. Her dye jobs are gorgeous, the stitching is sturdy and even. The kids and I love her products so much that they are used almost everyday, and are still in great shape. |

these prefitteds were super cute. unfortunately they were not a good fit for dd because she is a super pooper and they were trim through the crotch and the bum. she is also very chubby, so they would work well on someone who is thinner. but.... pam included her new contour tester. this is one of my favorite dipes now. we absolutely love it and it fits dd great. it is super absorbant and really soft. it is actually more of a semi fitted that you use a snappi to close. love it. pam is also super nice to work with. |
