| When and where purchased: June 2006, custom order Specific item: 100% custom made and designed chemo cap for my nephew Customer service: Peerfect! Timely responses, super professional at all times. Product review: Marnie doesn't do customs, but when I emailed her asking to make a chemo cap for Matt, she gladly took it on. She did research into what yarns to use for a chemo-sensitive scalp. I gave her a general theme ("the Beatles" and Matt's favorite song) and she ran with it. I couldn't provide her head measurements but she still created a cap that fits him perfectly! It is a HUGE hit and he gets tons of comments on it from everyone in the hospital. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I went to Marnie because I know she is an amazing knitter and could make something for Matt that wouldn't be dorky. She did a perfect job. I would not hesitate to purchase from her again. |

Super fast shipping, and even though Harold would have survived an envelope trip, he came all wrapped up in a box so he didn't get flattened. Product review: Beautiful work, and so soft. "Squooshable", as stated on her website, is indeed the perfect description. I'm hoping to make this teddy DD's lovey, and she's taking to him already. Worth the splurge! |
