Rachele was quick to respond to emails and was very helpful with a more complicated applique design.
We got our dipe quickly and was thrilled with the design. Rachele really is an artist. I was not disappointed at all with how it turned out. We love the fit of these dipes. The sewing appears great. I love that they now come with a layer of pul behind the design to prevent wicking. Thank you! |

Customer service: ok... usually responded to emails quickly. Seemed overloaded and missed specific parts of my august 2006 custom order. Did send a free diaper for her mistake. December 2006 order went smoothly but had to email to get update on order diaper was what i consider a *second* sizing was noticeably off rachele asked me to send pictures and I did told me she was not a machine but later told me that the wrong cut of elastic was used offered a 10% refund but declined since a refund of less than $2 would not fix the diaper that does not fit my dd

the diapers are very cute and unique when i first recieved the first diaper i really thought the quality was great until i used them for more than a few weeks. The diaper I have had the longest that i recieved in september the applique wicks really bad the applique is also coming off in parts. I no longer can use the diaper. The free diaper I got I have no issues with except for the wicking around the legs the third diaper that i purchased last month I have not had any issues with except the sizing my dd has only worn it once. The dress i received with the custom diaper in september is cute and i really love the dress. |

I ordered two dipes. One pul pocket with a ladybug applique, and on velour/velour fitted pocket with cupcake applique. Both are medium longs. I haven't tried them on dd yet, they're washing, but I know they will fit fine. I have three other dipes from FF in medium and they fit great. I just wanted to size up since dd is getting taller.
The workmomship is great, and I am in love with these dipes. Rachele makes the best pocket dipes. |
