Leah was wonderful to double check my purchase (I had made a mistake that she caught), and then sent the kit wrapped so sweetly in tissue paper, as I had told her it was a gift. That was so generous!

The roving is so soft, and clean, and the dyed pieces are just gorgeous!!! Her packaging was very professional, very informative, and very appreciated!! I loved the extra bit of hosiery to help in the felting too! The balls have ended up being a special plaything for my boys, as Joe helped me "make" them. Thanks so much! |

After falling in love with our first pair of shorties from Leah, I decided DS needed another pair. I took a chance and emailed Leah, and she kindly put me on her waiting list. When my turn came around, she worked with me closely, providing pictures of along the way, updates on her progress, and links to different cuff and waistband styles. She answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. Her customer service truly is excellent. The shorties came wrapped in a coordinating playsilk with a handwritten thank you note and a spot of tea with honey. Her works speaks for itself, but the extra touches make you feel appreciated as a customer - making you want to go back for more.

I can't say enough about Leah's shorties. They are so soft and the colors came out beautifully. The fit on DS is fantastic - she even made a wider gusset for us. I may have to try to get on her customs list again toward the tail end of summer for a pair (or two!) of longies. |

| I purchased a custom pair of longies for my daughter and just received them today . I ordered them in mid July so they took about 4-5 wks to get here- not bad at all!! I just love these. I have never felt any wool as soft as this! Leah's customer service was fabulous- she kept me updated with pics and everything. This was like a dream custom order. I do have others to compare to and they don't even come close! Absolutely a 5 star transaction and the result is amazing. I am going to "pet" these everyday until its time for dd to actually wear them . Cannot wait to order more . Thanks again Leah! |

I actually got this from Leah in person. She has a very strong work ethic that I think is amazing. She worked so hard to make this item perfect for me. She knew exactly what I wanted and went out of her way to give it to me. She knit this thing up and did it with what appeared to be such ease, even her first time trying the pattern.
Product review:
Her knitting skills are amazing and she chose the softest wool I could have imagined ever touching. It is soft and silkie feeling, how that us possible with wool you got me but this cap is so soft. She also said that as lance grows I can wash and block the cap out in a larger size, so he can use it for a longer time.
Over all I couldn't be more pleased with Lances pilot cap and I highly recommend Leah from The Royal Ewe.
