Bad. The last time I heard from this mama was on January 9, 2008. She asked me questions about my order that I had already specified with my order. I don't know why she asked me the questions. She said she had computer issues, which I do understand, but it was like she never even read my order. I also had to request the pocket addition, which I had paid for as an option but she hadn't included that. It was as if I had never even paid the additional money for it. I have emailed her several times from 2 separate accounts and I have filed a PayPal claim against her. USPS says that the label was printed, but they never received a package with that information. I have tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but as I have never heard back from her... I would really just like my money back. I have since paid someone else to make the same item & I received that in an extremely timely manner. Other than her initial email, I only heard from her after I contacted her the first time a week after my order was placed & paid for & she forwarded me the same email again.
