Customer service: Great! Traci and I sometimes had a bit of a lag contacting each other, but that is because she is no longer dying yarn as much as she used to, so she can move on to her new venture. Despite having closed her shop, she agreed to do this custom for me, and was great!

I had some blanks sent to Traci to dye for me. The shorts were done in her Midnight Spectrum colorway and the shirt was a lovely orange color. Traci then sent the outfit to Lisa at Little Belle to applique some Midnight Spectrum-dyed organic velour stars to the shirt. Yummy!

Traci was incredible to work with. She is very kind and helpful and creative. We emailed back and forth several times and every communication was friendly. Shipping was super fast, too!

Email communication was fantasic. We had a little bit of a shipping mix up, so the item took a bit of time to arrive... that was OK, though. Traci was a perfect sweetheart even when I got a few ants in my pants and may not have been as nice as I should have.
Product review:
The Tshirt is a perfect fit, and the stitching is even dyed. No white lines all over my boy's shirt! I asked to keep the more femme colours at a minimum, while still having them (chose the midnight spectrum colourway) and Traci did a perfect job at placing the purple so it was a) barely there and b) tucked away off to the shoulder of the shirt.
The prefold is wonderful, and fits like a dream. (I've been squeezing my boy into premiums for a while now =X) It is big, and soft...
