Item:	TESTER ITEM Stuffable All in one
Customer service:	Uh, non-existant. I paid $5 for a tester, never had any communication even after I emailed several times AND asked for a refund. No replies, ever. Thanks for giving new WAHMs a bad name!
Product review:	I don't know, as no product was ever received. No refund was ever issued.

Specific item:

Two stuffable AIO testers $5 each plus shipping

Customer service:

This WAHM sorely lacks in the communication department. Quite a few of us purchased these testers and never received them nor an email. She stated on her website that she was "closed" while moving but never notified any of us. After many emails, I finally filed with PayPal and unfortunately, didn't receive my money back because she had emptied her account. Emails were never answered but she continually is logged onto AOL.

Customer service:
Jessica did not mail my item and did not respond to several emails sent to two of her email accounts. Eventually I filed a dispute with paypal and though they decided in my favor, no refund was processed because the WAHM had emptied her account.

Product was never received.
