Item:	Elli'sPretty Me, custom bookmarks for Kelly
Customer service:	Okay for the most part, but slightly disappointed.
Product review:	I custom ordered 2 bookmarks, requesting a teapot for one, and a quail for the other. The teapot was great, but I was not informed until right before the order was shipping that she did not have the quail charm she had emailed a pic of. She made a substitution of a bird charm and said she thought it looked great, but did not include a photo. By the time I read the email the next day, it was too late to request a photo, so I decided to just trust her judgement. I wish I had ordered a suitable replacement for the charm that day, as I could have still replaced it in time for Christmas. When the bookmarks arrived, the teapot was great, but the bird charm she chose didn't even match the rest of the bookmark. The bookmark was a silver-tone, and the bird was a brass-tone. I wound up having to give the bookmark as it was, with the promise of a replacement charm which I added a week later (by the time I received the order, there was not enough time to get a replacement in time.) Now that I have fixed it, I am happy with the bookmark, but am still disappointed my surprise was ruined. She did offer a store credit, but there is nothing else from her that I wish to order, so it does me no good.

Product review:
These items were meant to be part of a collaboration we did together, but when I saw how cute the shirt was, I decided to buy it myself.
The shirt is great, the dye job is nice and the hand-painting is adorable. It matches the woolies from the collab perfectly. The shirt washes well with no fading, and fits great.
The woolwash smells wonderful (orange lavender) and did not cause any bleeding issues.
