I paid for it as soon as she gave me the final total. That was on 4/17/08 And i finally received the yarn May 12th 2008. Issue #1 - the trim and turn around time:
She contacted me to ask to add on trim. This was not part of the product listing. I told her I wound not be able to start on the trim for 2 weeks due to my schedule. She agreed. I have email correspondence to prove this. I am speculating that she misunderstood when I told her I could not match the red because I custom mix my reds. I told her pink was a stock (NOT INSTOCK) color, meaning straight from the dye jar, not that I had it already done. And, as stated above, I did inform her of the turnaround time.
Issue #2- Three emails to get total:
First email was to ask for the trim. I replied with color and other options. I gave her the cost of trim but not a total, as we were still finalizing order. Second email was her telling me 4 oz of pink was her order. She asked in this email for either a total or an invoice. I sent an email with a total. Third email was for her to ask for an invoice, even though I had already provided a total.
Issue #3- too popular:
I am flattered (??) I am grateful lots of people enjoy my yarn! However, I don not see how this warrants negative feedback.
I also want to add that after the transaction, the buyer never contacted me with any of these issue before she left this feedback.

Product review: The dyed yarn was great! The colors were very vibrant. We have gotten many, many, compliments for the pants I knit with that yarn. The Peace Fleece yarn is very sturdy, great for night time and I don't worry so much about him trekking through rocks and sticks wearing the it.

Beautiful yarns dyed in vibrant colourways. Dyes have not bled onto clothing or in the wash (even one colourway that has vibrant red and a muted beige - no bleeding from one colour to the next!). Yarns have held up extremely well to toddler wear. I haven't ordered more because I haven't been able to get ahold of it! |
