Paula is just a joy! Very detail oriented. Always returned my messages quickly and addressed all questions! She was terrific about giving me specific timelines and when to expect them finished, as well as providing updates along the way.
Product review:
The custom longies surpassed expectations! I'd sent Paula a photograph of a sunflower field, as basically asked her to "create" a field of sunflowers on a skein of yarn. What she came up with was breathtaking! When they arrived, they were absolutely perfect...like a piece of art. Not a flaw to be seen no matter where you look! And she even included a tiny pair of booties made from the surplus yarn at no additional charge. They were wrapped beautifully and came with some lovely wool-wash also. By far one of the most special and well made pieces I've ever received.

Product review:
The longies are perfect. I unknowingly sent yarn that had a big blotchy dye problem in the middle of one skein, and Paula went to great lengths to work around it, so much so that I wouldn't have known about the problem if she hadn't told me! She even dyed some BFL for the leg cuffs to match the colorway exactly (to make up for the problem yarn that had to be cut out of the skein). I would highly recommend working with Paula! She's awesome! |
